  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
  • Provision of accurate, current, and complete information is required for all user and equine profiles.

2. User Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managers: Retain administrative control over stable profiles, equine data, nutritional planning, and personnel invitations.
  • Riders: Authorized to record performance data via GPS and access specific equine information as assigned by a Manager.
  • Users agree not to misuse invitation systems or attempt unauthorized access to restricted data.

3. Subscriptions and Financial Terms

  • Access to premium features (e.g., advanced AI analytics, comprehensive reporting, increased equine capacity) requires a valid subscription.
  • Subscription management and billing are processed through official channels (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms.

4. GPS Tracking and Performance Data Disclaimer

  • GPS accuracy is dependent on mobile hardware capabilities and environmental signal quality.
  • Jawadi disclaims liability for discrepancies in distance, velocity, or gait analysis resulting from technical limitations or signal interference.
  • Safety Warning: Users must prioritize safety at all times. Do not operate the App in a manner that distracts from safe riding practices.

5. Professional Advice Disclaimer

  • Nutritional logs and AI-generated insights are for organizational and informational purposes only.
  • Data provided by the Jawadi AI assistant is not a substitute for professional veterinary or nutritional advice.
  • Jawadi is not responsible for health outcomes related to dietary or medical decisions recorded within the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary technology, interface designs, and branded content within the App are the exclusive property of Jawadi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jawadi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the App following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
